New Cabinet in a series of Twitter posts Wednesday evening, was announced by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid All Maktoum.
Shamma al-Mazrui who had her master's degree from the Oxford University was named minister of state for youth affairs, amongst seven women named to ministerial posts.
