Speaking with members of the Nigerian community in Doha at a town hall meeting, President Buhari on Sunday has charged Nigerians to rekindle the spirit of patriotism and selfless service in order to encourage more foreign investment in Nigeria. President Buhari gave an assurance that the Federal Government would continue to create enabling environment for investments in the country Nigeria, anchored on peace and security.
"We have enough natural and human resources in the Nigeria, whic includes huge oil and gas deposit".
But the main challenge is securing those installations and to persuade some of our country people to be more patriotic and stop sabotaging the installations.
When people are being kidnapped and some are being killed, when installations are being blown up everywhere, the idea for people to invest in our infrastructure is quite slimThe President, Buhari also gave his word to look into the issue of alleged denial of visas to Nigerian persons and families who wishes to visit the state of Qatar
"As do say to other Nigerians living in other countries all over the world, you must try to be good ambassadors of Nigeria, because worldwide things are quite difficult in terms of security and the economy."
"What ever good thing you find to do, please hold it tight and do it well with all your heart and try to improve on it, because things are quite difficult everywhere."
