Thoughtfully, the new Ooni of Ife kingdom that recent took over the mantle of leadership of the land late last year 2015 must have been unease and uncomfortable with the way 82 years old former head of state and former president of the federal republic of Nigeria prostrated before him in greeting. Probably he did tried to stop the old man from doing that but to no avail. It is a sign of respect for the yoruba culture and tradition and leadership by example for the old and one of the most influential citizen of Nigerian.

This took place during Obasanjo's visit to the monarch's palace yesterday.
